⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES ⚠️
Communication and self-discipline are vital in a remote team. To maintain a fair working environment and to appreciate those who show great performance, we have established the following rules:

A verbal warning (peringatan lisan) will be given if the intern does not respond via WhatsApp and consistently shows slow response behavior—such as replying more than 3 hours during working hours—without prior notice or approved leave.

First Warning Letter (Surat Peringatan 1) will be issued if there is no response via WhatsApp within a maximum of 3x24 working hours and no progress report is submitted within 2 weeks, without a clear explanation for the delay in communication.

Second Warning Letter (Surat Peringatan 2) will be issued if the same issue mentioned in the first warning occurs again.

Termination will be the final decision if there is no improvement after the second warning. Interns who are terminated will not receive an evaluation score or an e-certificate.
