About the Role
We are seeking an Unreal Engine Developer to build and optimize gameplay systems for our projects. You will work with both technical and creative teams to implement features, improve performance, and develop scalable systems inside Unreal Engine.
Responsibilities
Develop gameplay systems using C++ and Blueprints
Implement character mechanics and NPC behaviors
Debug, profile, and optimize game performance
Integrate UI, animations, and gameplay logic
Collaborate with artists and designers during production
Maintain clean, scalable, and documented code
Support testing and deployment processes
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine
Proficient in C++ and Blueprint scripting
Understanding of gameplay architecture and optimization
Experience with debugging and profiling tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment
Portfolio or past projects demonstrating Unreal Engine development
Nice to Have
Multiplayer or networking experience
Knowledge of AI behavior trees and animation systems
Experience with Git or version control systems
Familiarity with mobile or VR optimization workflows
Requirements
Skilled in C++ and Blueprint scripting
Experienced in character systems and NPC implementation
Capable of profiling, debugging, and performance optimization
Understanding of gameplay systems and Unreal Engine architecture
Able to collaborate closely with artists and designers
